This backpack is amazing, I purchased it for my girlfriend for school. She's a big leather lover and when she recieved this backpack, she feel in love with it. She said it was made of great quality leqther, soft to the touch. I ordered her the saddle colored backpack, shes loves this product so much, she's asked me to order her one in black. Thanks Luggage Base!!! The backpack is designed for taller people, since my girlfriend is only 5'4, we needed to have the straps altered to better fit her upper bady. Maybe the manufactuer can offer a smaller size or add more adjustment loops for small framed individuals.

I've been searching the web for a high quality leather backpack to use for vacations and business use. This bag is the only one to buy. The leather is extremely durable without being too heavy. I bought this for my husband in "saddle" color, and considered buying one in black but I decided to wait and see how the first bag worked out. This is an awesome bag. Now that he took it on business, he's decided he can use it on his trek to close up our summer camp. To compare, this bag is roomy, has 2 large outside pockets, nice lining, big buckle flaps and a strong drawstring which can be covered with the top buckle flap - almost pick-pocket proof. I will go back and buy the black for myself and add the security lock. Other retailers are selling this bag from $300-$600, and I paid less than half. My college bound son wants a backpack too. Top notch service and top notch bag.
