Warranty & Repairs
Luggage Base carries some of the most respected luggage brands in the world. Luggage Base does not, however, perform repairs, provide warranty service or provide replacement parts of any kind. If you find that your luggage requires service, you will need to contact the manufacturer in order to locate an authorized parts or repair center nearest you. Repairs and service will be performed under the terms of the product warranty. If your bag is damaged by an airline, you should immediately file a damage claim with the airline.
