I wanted this bag before I was going to be traveling and the direct manufacturer did not have the option during the checkout process to ship it quicker. I was skeptical to go on a website that I have never used before but I had no issues at all. I received my bag right on time and had email confirmations as well. I even called to check the status and had no problem with customer service, they answered my call right away and were very courteous on the phone. I will order from them again.
