Love this bag!
I don't carry that much now days so this bag fits me perfectly. I love the outer pocket and I can easily convert the bag from cross-body wear to shoulder wear. The bag is light and doesn't droop when it's full. Love the multipurpose pockets, pen sleeve and zippered pocket. This is one of my favorite Kipling bag!
